We are looking for a motivated and committed person to join our team as a credit processing employee.
Field of activity
- Competent advice, sales and customer service on the phone or at our reception desk
- Identification of customised credit solutions
- Validation of loan applications received, review, contract processing
- Active support in the development of our business unit and sales
- Data maintenance in our CRM
- Procuring, checking and archiving the necessary customer documents
- Obtaining external database information
- Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships with customers and partner banks
- Comprehensive customer correspondence
Qualifications
- Good knowledge (MS-Office palette)
- Language German (other languages an advantage)
- Independent, precise and careful work
- Sales flair
- Enjoy active customer contact
- Resilience and commitment
- Reliable and used to working independently
